Bag opener – DIsgregator

It is a single-rotor Disgregator for waste, driven by a motor reducer of up to 75 Kw, with models of lower capacities. The rotor and the palate are equipped with teeth arranged in two helical rows in the rotor and a longitudinal row in the palate. The rotor teeth direct the material to the adjustable palate, tearing the bags closed and opening the material contained in them. The teeth are composed of a tooth holder and a tooth. The first is welded to the rotor, while the tooth is bolted to the rotor with a safety weld. The tooth is therefore ready for replacement.
